Ox and Cazorla can both flourish out wide. Wilshere and Rosicky are always injury risks. Arteta is getting up their in age. And we've all seen what one bad tackle can do to a player in the case of Ramsey. Besides we can't have it both ways, clamor for transfers, reinforcements, depth, ambition, spending, etc and then over analyze every time a player doesn't fit the squad exactly or is a couple million over priced. Over of Chelsea and man city's transfers don't really make sense from a positional or appropriately priced point of view

Ciani fell out of favor at Lazio but I always thought he was a pretty good player. Maybe he was inconsistent but he seemed to have a monster matches every time I watched with Lazio (and the few times in Ligue 1 as well).
Seems like it could be a pretty solid signing for Celtic.
