Going to hit the range Saturday, then play Sunday. Haven't decided between The Grove or Olde Oaks.

I've played there several times. It's nice and always been in at least good condition. The layout takes driver out of your hands on probably 8-9 of the 14 par 4s and 5s. If you're hitting it sideways, it can be tough, but I guess that's true about most courses.

Shot 96 this afternoon. Can't chip worth a motherfricker. Knocking the shite out of the ball with my 3 Wood. Made better decisions off the tee and went with my 3 wood a few times and it paid off every time. Getting used to the new putter is frustrating but finished the last 3 holes with 2 1-putts and a nice lag 2-putt. Pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty drunk.

Played today in the dogfight at my club. Windy as hell. Just started hitting balls again last week after not touching them for 3 months, which is forever for me.

Made $90 in wolf at least

I didn't expect that much wind. It was terrible down in Pearland.

Played the TPC yesterday, shot 87...couldn't putt. Course was in pretty good shape, grandstands going up and cart path only from now until the tourney. Wind was pretty tough but beautiful day and the course was packed.

For Shreveport area golfers... Crooked Hollow has very little grass. Fairway is like playing on concrete, even right up to the edge of the green. Greens are fine.

We had so much trouble getting short irons under the ball that by the 11th hole we all resorted to putting, even if 50 yards from the green.

Another pet peeve...all the courses here have websites that haven't been updated in years. I checked Northwood .. "open at 8". We got there at 8. Groundskeeper said 'we don't open till 9'.
"But your website says 8".
Him: "We used to open at 8."

What are the rules about "listing" things for sale on this board? I have a 913 D3 that's a few weeks old that I want to sell.
