Dude we had some about (gar balls) two weeks ago. Brown gravy on rice. Actually one of my favorites along with sacalait, speckled trout, lemon fish, fresh tuna steak on the grill rare, snapper. Only thing I dont like is king mackarel. .

I like how easy red snapper are. I could do that all day.

But wahoo and yellowfin have given me my best fights. Wahoo isn't necessarily a fighting fish but you've got to get em in quick. You can cut them frickers w a butter knife and sharks have no problem stealing half of it on the way in.

Excuse the baby gap shirt. Mine was soaked and I put one of my little BIL's shirts on

Love to catch. But the only way I will eat them is to soak medallions in milk overnight, wrap in bacon and grill. Decent but not my favorite.

was worth it.

Caught the riptide on that trip only like 1 hour out so we were catching all kinds of species.
Red snapper. Redfish. Tuna. Mahi-mahi. Wahoo. Sharks and a couple others randoms here and there.
