Just an awesome class. With a difference maker at WR needed it will take a hit if QL doesn't qualify.

Spread out across the positions and some talented big boys in the trenches to compliment tall WR's and excellent QB haul.
RB and DB will be SOOOO stacked next year too.
I will repeat, I think this is the best class in LSU's history.

The DL grouping is just plain stupid.

Great class. Provides alot of depth at positions of need. Missed out on a couple of big fish, but it is soemthing to be proud of.

Defense looks to remain in great shape for years to come.

LSU gets guys from: CA GA FL TN NE NC NJ IL AL and of course LA. Pretty amazing!!

Agree! Quality and depth at just about every position!

Excellent class. Would have been huge if we could have pulled a big time safety. But even still, looks like we did a great job of filling our needs.

The linemen on both sides of the ball will be the reason we continue to be a top 10 program. These guys are sickly talented across the board and I can see all of them potentially starting for LSU.
We have our future QBs, we got the WR/TE threats we needed, got some very talented shutdown-type DBs, 3 more beasts at LB even though, Beckwith might slide to DE, and you got a strong elite speedster in Brazil who can play WR, RB, KR, DB, and PR.
When all is said and done, the top to bottom talent in this class has the potential to perform just like the '09 class.

Very impressed with amount of players coming from outside of Louisiana. Shows with have national appeal

This is what I was thinking too. RB is set this year and DB is pretty solid too with Loston back and the Jalens getting a ton of PT last year, but 2014 will make up for any deficiencies there and then some.

x1000000000
And I didn't even include Beckwith there though he certainly could be put there, especially seeing as how loaded we were there in the 2012 class. But the group looked even more ridiculous with him there

This is my thoughts exactly. If QL makes it in, I'd agree with Caterpillar that this is our best class ever.
What's the word on Gardener? Is he officially out?

Our coaches sure traveled far and wide for those DL. Props to them

This is the most impressive note to me. Coaching staff knew they had to get a solid DL haul this year and relying on in state wasnt going to cut it. They really worked hard accomplishing this important goal.
