He's been resting for a few years. Maybe he can turn into a great fouler off the bench?

He and Gordon are going to have a fragile knee contest

league minimum nothing to lose

What's the downside, depending on his contract size? Losing a roster spot?
I figure he can get a deal with team options written in that would allow us to cut him loose if he can't perform.

After how our medical team seemingly botched Gordon's prognosis, I can't even fathom how they would handl Oden.

One of the things I skimmed today said he was looking to sign with a team for rehab. I guess he's looking for a paycheck and giving the team that gives it to him his rights for next season?

Oden did, however, did have a tiny bit of information as to when his return to the league might occur.
“I don't know when, but I'm taking this year off," Oden said. "I'll play next year.”

His camp has been saying Miami for a while, and he's planning on meeting with them next week.

Blazers probably should have gone Durant instead

I hope they don't bump knees in practice.

Looks like we were interested in him earlier this season.

that article is from January-so he meant taking the rest of 2012-2013 off and playing in the 13-14 season
