*spoilers *
dog/loyal animal movies kill me
Marley and Me, The Fox and the Hound, Old Yeller, and Where the Red Fern Grows all got me. I even knew where Marley was headed and I still couldn't hold back.
When I was really little I cried in the middle and the end of Benji The Hunted. The middle b/c the bird snags the cub and the end b/c I thought Benji was getting left on the island. My parents say I ran into their room hysterical b/c I was too young to understand it was implied the rescue chopper was going to find him.
Also, the ending of The Iron Giant really got to me. Ssssuuuuuuupppppeeeeerrrrrrmmmmaaaaaannnnnn. I really wish they had left it there b/c the impact would have been so much greater.
Up was also rough at the start. WALL-E almost had me when he couldn't remember EVE but they gave that a happy ending.
Schindler's List gave me an internal breakdown when Liam Neeson comes apart wishing he'd done more.
the one I'm slightly embarrassed about was Click. I wasn't ready for an Adam Sandler flick that featured slow motion boobs in the previews to suddenly get so serious. We he realized his dad was dead and then when he's old and dying I turned into a whiny cry baby.

There are a lot of them but the one that gets me the most every single time is Pay It Forward. I've cried harder at the end of that movie than I have for most events in my life.

Never. Came close after Toy Story 3. The summer before I went to college.
We're the same age, and same thing happened to me. Of course I was with a chick so I suppressed the hell outta those tears
Just watched "my last words" episode of scrubs...legit wept. I love beer too, George

Hell, I cry in more movies than I can count. Weird really, very little in real life gets me emotional. Put it in a movie and I'm .

there are 2 close calls
1. in big fish when billy cruddup starts telling his dad's story
2. in armageddon when the kids coming running out to see their dad at the end

I don't really cry, but I do tear up sometimes.
The kid at the end of Armageddon gets me too.
I know The Patriot gets shite on around here, but I love that movie...and I tear up when the little girl finally talks and is like "Daddy, I'll say anything just don't go.."
"When She Loved Me" from Toy Story 2 is pretty sad, but doesn't really make me cry though.
Good call on Big Fish too, but that is more happy tearing up than sad.
I remember crying when I was younger at Thomas J's funeral in My Girl.
The end of Green Mile when all the guards are crying is pretty tough.
Castaway when he loses Wilson.
We Were Soldiers when they come to tell that lady that her husband is dead.
Old Yeller used to make me cry when I was younger.
I saw someone mention Scrubs...a couple of episodes make me tear up a bit.
Nothing gets me like those special stories on ESPN about the sick kids though...some of those are fricking TOUGH to get through without welling up a little.
I'm sure there are more.

The Champ
one of the saddest scenes ever, at the end.
Ending Scene
and as others mentioned
Old Yeller, The Passion, and Warhorse.

A scientific study proved that the 1979 film featuring Jon Voight as a washed-up boxer contains the saddest scene of all time. Seriously, that's what scientists do.

In Blackhawk Down (after I read the book, knew the story inside and out, knew exactly who was going to die, when in the progress of the story they would die, and who would live) - when Cpl Smith bleeds out - every time - not so much bawl, but I definitely well up. Again during the speech at the end.
But then, I remember that Les Aspin died of a massive stroke less than 2 years later, and left no children so his line died out. Then I feel much, much better.

I've cried plenty, but I watched an old movie called Something for Joey. It'll drain your tearducts for life.
