Did Miles see Saban and his OC never take the pedal off the metal in whooping ND's arse ?

Does he know that this is what is needed to win from here on out ?

I pray that he did.

The score in the second half was 14-14. Bama most definitely took their foot off the gas. They could've won this game 56-0.

Miles doesn't play the game that way - at least not lately. He plays not to lose and ..... he has lost key games lately b/c of that approach - especially the last 2. Sad to watch but hindsight is 20-20. The defense has let us down the last 2 game ending drives against Ala. and Clemson. However, they saved our arse many times over. A better offense and play calling would certainly help. Your observation and analysis is spot on! Nothing new but accurate and needs to be pointed out continuously until a change is made.

i sure hope he did...idk why but i like this about saban...he takes no mercy and he plays the full 60 mins of football....if the score is ran up then thats ok....they are the most hated football team because of this and they love it because they are still winning....in my honest opinion i believe if we have another season like last season this year then les needs to go...yes it is great to have a 10-2 season with a decent bowl game but now that is jus mediocre now for us...

I certainly noticed......It was my first thought when Bama went up by 21..........I said to myself "watch this Saban is not about to take the foot off the gas just yet"

Les would have slowed the game considerably at that point.

P.S. Im no Miles hater, its just the way he plays the game.

What makes you think Miles ever takes his foot off the gas? When dragging the anvil that is our offense its pedal to the medal all game long.

Yeah because Saban doesn't have a history of taking the pedal off the gas in a game ever.

Lsu fans love Saban more than bama fans. It's pretty hilarious at this point.

Start with Clemson. Most of the rest like Auburn, Arkansas, Towson we couldnt get enough of a lead to take the foot off the pedal.

This is correct. In fact, in many games against other teams besides Alabama and aTm, we didn't even press on the gas. We idled by not installing an aggressive game plan and relying on our athletes to win it in the second half. No killer instinct.

Saban will change his strategy with a big lead in the second half. He will run the ball to eat up the clock. However, he will treat that part of the game with the same intensity as he did when the game was still close. That's the difference. You won't see the defense let up and make the game seem closer than it was. That's for sure.

I said the same thing last night. I hope he saw, comprehended, made a mental note, wrote it down somewhere, told Siri to remind him, and dreamed about it.
