Spray antiperspirant on your feet before you put on your socks

Seriously? That sounds like a good trick, but in all my years of hunting this is the first time I've seen that suggestion. I'm going to try it when I go next week.

Spray it on the night before. Anti perspirant doesnt work well immediately. It needs a chance to soak in.

Take off the boots

This. Let your feet air out and get dry. Don't put them back on till they get cold. Pop boots back on...

If they get wet or cold, your muck boots are probably trapping that cold in. Muck boots are pretty bad for the cold unless they are well insulated.

I have been so close to ordering those several times. And the last few nights of single digit temps is making me want them more and more.

Only thing I'd worry about is the battery on those cold mornings. They say they last 12 hrs, but I've had heated batteries go out quick. Toasty feet in single degree weather and a battery going out= no fun.

How is this possible

Sitting in one position restricts blood flow to your feet bad circulation equals cold feet. Try doing jumping jacks every five minutes to increase blood flow. Make sure you have on your safety harness though.

I have had the same problem since I was younger. No matter what socks or boots I wore, my feet would sweat. Figured out that I have bad circulation because of smoking and my shoes were too tight.

Once I fixed the tight shoe problem it all went away
