In my trips I have enjoyed the carousel bar at the montleon and found the sazerac bar at the Roosevelt to be awesome as well. What say thee?

Pirate's Alley Cafe'/Bar is a favorite of ours when we want to get off of our feet and relax a bit. It's in the shadow of the cathederal and just a few steps from Bourbon.

Napoleon's Itch is just before St. Ann and it has arguably the cleanest restrooms on Bourbon. It's not exactly hetero, but if there are women in your party, they will appreciate the facilities. The drinks are moderatly priced, so we get a couple to go.

There was a humorous image file a few years back that was a flow-chart style drinking guide to New Orleans. I will try to find it.

I don’t back to New Orleans enough. But, when I’m in the quarter I have to go by Tujague’s and have one for old time’s sake.
