Ork is spellled with a "c" ORC.
ORC
An orc (/'?rk/) is one of a race of mythical human-like creatures, generally described as fierce and combative, with grotesque features and often black, grey or greenish skin. This mythology has its origins in the writings of J. R. R. Tolkien. Orcs are generally seen as repulsive and are sometimes thought to not be able to handle direct sunlight just as many other monsters were in history as to show that people could not be harmed by them in sunlight. An aversion to sunlight is also used to signify something as evil by representing it as an enemy of light, and all that is good/holy/acceptable/pure/true.

Some little cart that sets up outside of the Houndstooth in Tuscaloosa during football season has them. Best drunk food ever.

Not a little cart anymore. Big Bad Wolves BBQ takes up half of the Houndstooth patio now. Line was to Jimmy Johns during the iron bowl but well worth the wait. I love their bbq nachos!

Twin Peaks has them and they are what I get almost everytime I go.

I've made them. When you make a huge pork butt you have to find different ways to use all that meat. Also used pork in some gangster enchiladas before.

Possibly the thing I miss most about TTown

Simple.
1. Cut up a pork roast..any kind into med size cubes
2. season with your choice of spice blend (chili rub) let sit overnight or at least 6 hours
3. Deep dish pan or tinferl pan place cut up onions, peppers (any/all), garlic, bay leaves, can of chipotles in adobe sauce and small can of chicken stock.
4. place pork on top of above ingredients.
5. smoke, grill, or oven that stuff for 3 hours uncovered (250-350) and 3 hours covered (250)
it will cook itself down and off the bone. pull/shred into perfection for nachos.
add ingredients as needed.
this is actually for boudin but its the same process for PPNachos.

Last year at Hogs one of the teams made pulled pork nachos were they subbed out the tortillas for cracklins. Only had a small bite, but that was pretty fantastic.

One of these years, I'll get to actually eat teams' food. Until then, trash detail beckons.

Pinterest has a lot of pulled pork recipes too. You could probably set it and leave in a Crock Pot for 6-8 hours.
