Sunshine pumper!! Not only is he a great coach but he is a better man and a great representative of LSU.

Obligatory Miles is winning with Saban's players.

It's been a great run. A lot of fun games to watch.

Can you imagine that midget defending his players like Les did on Saturday regarding the "Flop" article in the Advocate? Then laughing, I like the firey Les. Easy to see why the players like him and not fear him...

we play 13 games a year, sometimes 14. You can lose 3 games and still win 10 games. Not as impressive as it used to be. Still, better than going 8-4 every year.

Miles is winning with Saban's players who taught these new players.

I realized this the other day. People are so quick to blame Miles (including myself at times) and get ticked off. But look at all the current coaches in the SEC and see how many coaches have had 6 ten win seasons in 8 years of coaching.

We haven't had a single 10 win season. 11 wins or better. 2 losses in the toughest college conference there is; it's impressive.

It's hard to win NCs. Look how dominant FSU was for 15 years and only had 2 to show for it.

That midget is about to win his 3rd title in 4 years

Go back in the past few years of posts and see how many people thought Derek Dooley was a better coach than Les. For some reason, people have gotten it in their heads that coaching at LSU is easy, and that LSU is head and shoulders above the world as far as talent.
Both are untrue, and that Les has won 84 games in 8 years is a testament to his abilities. Sure, there are a few games we'd love to have back, but there isn't a fanbase on earth that doesn't have those games. He averages 2.5 losses per year, and that includes 2 seasons with 9 total losses. Let that sink in --
2005-2007 + 2010-2012 = 67-11
2008-2009 = 17-9
6 seasons, averaging 11 wins with 2 or fewer losses each time. That's pretty damn good.

is it possible to have an LSU/CLM discussion without eventually steering the conversation toward saban or bama?

And before long, Miles will be winning with the children of Saban's players
