re: FHA loan and Rural Development

Elope and get married on a beach. Problem solved.
I will say this. I just sold my home and bought another. My buyer had an RD loan, and it assfricked everything. Closing was pushed back three different times, which was five hours of phone calls and emails each time. We ended up closing 60+ days later due to waiting for the RD loan to come back. By the time it was over, our sellers hated us, we hated our buyer's bank, and the title company hated us all. It was awesome.

I thought RSJ was 10'7"? White is too small.

Hog, I thought the same thing, and was really dreading pulling the plug like I kept saying I would. But oddly enough, I don't miss it one bit. I went from 2 HD DVRs, to an HD antenna, and streaming. I'm not saying it's for everyone, but I was surprised.
It ain't easy, but it's cheap. Sickbeard, Couch potato, usenet, and sabnzb.

Holy BatFock! McRuvin!!!!!! :rotflmao:
Final Fantasy : Spirits Within
Cat5.... meh. With Smart Tv's, like Samsung's 8000 series for instance, you can wirelessly stream Netflix or run Plex from your HTPC perfectly. IPad for portable media, wireless cards in PCs, no issues, and less wires.
Just got a new house (woot!), two stories, 2100 living, with a walkway between it and the garage, which houses my mancave. For my router I went with this....
ASUS RT-N66U Dual-Band Wireless-N900 Gigabit Router
I got 3 out 5 bars of wireless in the garage, so I added Amped Wireless High Power 1000mW Wi-Fi Signal Booster (SB1000) and that boosted it to 5/5 everywhere. I did need a wired connection in the garage, and since I had the equipment from my old house, I re-used an Amped Wireless High Power Wireless-N 600mW Smart Repeater and Range Extender (SR10000). It allows you to respit out a new boosted signal, and gives you wired connections for older devices.
Even if you don't go that route, the router listed above is ridiculous. Even without the powered antenna, it gave me 5/5 bars everywhere inside my home.

Good work.
I would like to extend best wishes to him and his family!

Are their bodies even ready?
It should be Cotton Bowl JJ vs 308 Lbs JR. I always liked JR more, but excluding personal fandom, JR. You're talking about the number 1 draft pick vs # nothing....
Unless I'm mistaken, Glock's don't have external safeties, so if you have any kids around, that's an issue. Beretta Px4 Storm is a good Glock substitute with that external safety.

Doesn't have to be NFL right? You can make a living playing ball in Canada. That is much more likely. I like ole JR, exciting as hell to watch as a Tiger, that's for sure. He'd be standing flat footed in the pocket, could never tell if he was going to throw 10 yards or 45, lol.

I would actually watch the Saints if this happened.
Going to be a great pro. I do recall him being in New York as a soph. for being the best defensive player in the nation. Lsu didn't run some gimmicky defense against bullshite opponents. They went undefeated against the hardest schedule ever devised with TM7 as the main cog.

Had a girlfriend in school, that looked just like her when she was on stage during the lottery(looks different in that part of the movie for some reason). I think it's reflection time...

Why does everyone ignore Alfred Blue? Tigers rode him until he got hurt. I understand everyone wanting to get behind the fresh legs, and Hill did do some amazing things, but Blue is bad arse. Here's to hoping he stays healthy all year! :geauxtigers:
Thanks, wasn't sure of which end of the spectrum was even the standard.
Lease to Purchase Contract
Posted by bojabu on 1/16/13 at 10:26 pm
Anyone know what percent is the average amount applied to reduce the principle in a home lease to purchase contract?
For example, if the buyer of my home enters a contract like this with me, and I charge them $1,000 per month. How much of that is average for me to take off of the amount agreed upon in the purchase agreement?

So him going to Ole Piss games points to him going there? If my brother was playing ball and the only invested interest I had saturdays was watching my brother try to play ball for that fricking train wreck of a team in Oxford, I'd probably go too. Doesn't mean I want to get fricked by the rest of the SEC for three years though, by signing with them. What would you do? Go to an LSU game, or go watch a family member play D1 ball at another school in the same conference?
Don't mistake me pointing out how fricking stupid this part of the argument is for me believing he's coming to Lsu. But that fact that I try to come here for info from people who thinks that makes a dick of difference is disheartening.
