This is what I would say:
"Forget the national media - they wrote you off months ago. Forget the many thousands of new fans that Bama has found over the past couple of years. They wouldn't know a football from a pumpkin. Who cares that they think about us? Nobody in this room should.
No. What I want you to do right now is look around this room. Look each other in the eyes and make a commitment - whether you say it out loud or not - doesn't matter - make a commitment for the next 3 plus hours to give everything you've got to the other people in this room - players, coaches, training staff, support staff - we go out there, play smart, play hard - execute the plays we send in, adjust to what they're doing - if we do that NOBODY can come in this building and beat us - the New England Patriots, Chicago Bears - NOBODY. We have almost 100 thousand people in the stands tonight - you can hear them. Many of our fans remember that game back in January and, not all, but definitely some just don't believe we have what it takes to beat this wonderful team that the University of Alabama has sent us. Some just don't believe it, but they're here, anyway, to support you. Millions of people are watching on television and most don't expect us to put up much of a fight.

This game has taken weeks of lifting and gameplanning to be ready for, but a lifetime of preparation to finish the way you want it to.
