McCarron's accuracy and timing are spot on right now. We have to...

..disrupt the Alabama WRs at the LOS which will throw off AJ's timing. We also have to move AJ off his spot which will also throw off his timing as well; putting him on his arse two or ten times will also help.
If we let the Alabama WRs get off the LOS clean and do not affect AJ in his drops, it will be a long day for our defense. We could be in perfect position, but a perfect route/throw will beat it every time.

Hate to say it, but IMO our best chance to win this game is to force Bama to run it.

I didn't watch much of the game but what I did see was McCarron throwing to a spot.

Instead of sacks we just need to get him off of his throwing spot. Enough pressure to make him move left or right after he completes his drop. This will throw off his rhythm and timing. Mix in a few hits and we will be able to slow them down.
From this we need to watch the wr and rb screens.

Sacks are good but not required to disrupt passing. As WylieTiger notes, you have to disrupt the timing, i.e., make him throw before he's ready/set. Almost a universal rule on D.
