I'm afraid Bama is an absolute lock.

The rest of the SEC is down and their lone competition proved tonight that Les Miles hasn't learned a damn thing...Auburn couldn't stop ULM but, well...you saw it. Anybody who beats Bama has to be flawless and far more dynamic on O.

FSU is playing with fire but on the polar opposite end of the spectrum.

Oregon can be beat. Arizona blew opportunity after opportunity tonight.

It's really Bama and whoever else gets lucky. The rest of CFB is such a mish-mosh of flawed teams.

Anyone not saying bama lsu UGA is wrong.

If your talking appearance, one of those 3 will 100% be there

Texas is garbage

Nd, Oregon, Fsu, and all the rest can line up and be ready to get that arse beat in miami

I said before the season it would be Florida State and "insert SEC champ here"

I stand by that.

My extra sleepy sleeper is Northwestern. In a league full of teams that are getting bad QB play, Northwestern has 2 good QBs. They also have thee best player you've never heard of safety Ibraheim Campbell

Zamoro, Oregon has a freshman qb, a freshman LT, the top 2 WR were true freshman. This offense is going to just grow by leaps and bounds.

Sorry hater, Texas doesn't belong in the conversation but appreciate the optimism. Realistically they seem like a 9-3 team with the remaining sched. 1 year away.

Bama
Oregon
FSU

Gumps for sure, because they'll get a mulligan if they lose.

Florida State might be a good one since they've already passed their toughest test.

I'd put Oregon as the third candidate.

easy.

bama
lsu
uga

the sec champ is going to the national title game for sure. these 3 teams are the most likely to play in the sec title game. if you get a monopoly on that (which you almost are. missing usce and florida), then you are golden. so this strategy seems the smartest.

Good point.

The only caveat is that a one loss SEC champ might not go if two of the PAC-12/Bevo 12-2/ACC produce undefeateds.

Yeah, it was really stupid of Les to call for a fumbled center exchange on the goalline, for the QB to fumble after getting pressure and for WR's to drop passes that should have gone for big gains.

I don't think Texas is outrageous as people are thinking. They get WVU at home and OU in Dallas. KSU has always given them fits and it is at KSU. Unlikely, but not beyond the realm of possibility, of course, out of the box thinking is not welcome here.

I'll drink the burnt orange kool aid and say 10-2 but agree on everything else. i don't see a Big12 team in the final 3 (unless WVU runs the table and one of the three above trip up).
