Anyway he can improve his game to stop the run?

I bet Patrick Willis has been trucked over before.

If only he had gone up against someone like Trent Richardson one on one and pop the ball out.

Oh wait.....

Reid is one of the defensive leaders. I'm so done with these "fans" that insinuate he doesn't have enough experience.

Yeah, use his arms. He's been watching Loston too much. Not the first time or game he's been guilty of not using good form.

It wasn't a Brandon Jacobs/Laron Landry trucking, but it was every bit of a Hester/assorted Florida player from '07 trucking.

Whoever says Reid doesn't have enough experience doesn't know football. He's a junior who got plenty of playing time as a freshman and separated himself as one of the conferences best safeties as a sophomore.

I never said that but he got truck over by a D-2 running back, I was wondering if there was any way safety of his size can stop better backs in the SEC one on one.

Exactly. I've read one post very recently that came right out and said he didn't have enough experience.

This thread is sure leaning that way (edited: I mean the subject of the OP). He made my eyebrows raise more than once when he played as a freshman.

Idaho is D-2 that's news to me.

OK, Idaho not D-2, but point taken.

But the "is there any way safety of his size can stop better backs in the SEC one on one"?? GTFO with that. He has done it since he's been here. Congrats on catching a clip of THE time he didn't. He got caught leaning back a little when the guy got to him, and got trucked. He admitted it right after the game, even tweeted about it. Did you come on here after he popped the ball out of Richardson's two armed grasp just from sheer impact and ask if a RB TRs size can possibly make it in the NFL?

Have you ever watched an LSU game?

I'm not trying to be a jerk, I really am not and if my posts come across that way, I apologize in advance.

However, what better backs are you referring to? Really asking.

Lattimore?
Gillislee?
Lacy? Yeldon?
Davis? Johnson?

The guy is an amazing player and on top of that he's very, very smart.

Even the best get burned.

Relax. There are others around him to help out. The new db's have really stepped up the past couple games.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Ronald Martin take Loston's job and be out there with Reid.

Seriously..... I'm confused by this comment. He's made plenty of tackles on SEC running backs one on one. Did you not watch LSU the past two seasons or?

Yeah, I mean, he's only tackled SEC running backs like a hundred twenty times in his career. But this one missed tackle proves he'll never do it again.

I came in this thread to help people make fun of you.

Holy shite I cannot believe this is actually being discussed.
