Idaho's qb had 3 step drops and released the ball quick all night. It's hard to get sacks like that. Expect to see that from everybody we play this year.
This is your answer.

And wasn't Blackman flushed out-of-bounds for a loss once or twice?

And how many times did you repeat second grade?

You start a thread bout "Not ONE" sack, like it's some big deal, when the LSU D gets 4 ints, 2 pic 6's, allows 39 net yds rushing, and a Idaho passing eff. of 100, but you are talking another having to repeat the 2nd grade.

It's like you saying, "I didn't see the game or listen to the game or know squat bout the game, but I'm gonna find something to bitch bout anyway."

Did you watch the game or just picked up the Sunday paper and looked at stats?

Their QB got rid of the ball very quick and never sat in the pocket past a few seconds. LSU guys were right there on multiple occations..

I'm sorry, Lonnie. If I'd known how emotionally unstable you are, I wouldn't have capitalized the ONE like that.

You OK there, chief? Need a DRINK?

We did some blitzing
At times I thought we were blitzing too much. No point blitzing against a three step drop QB.

Neither one, Hawking. I saw it in an article somewhere, which you would know if your reading comp was just a teensy bit better.

Glad to see you're not letting that Baton Rouge public school education keep you from enjoying life, though!

Their game plan was to release the ball within 2 seconds. It's difficult to get a sack when the other team is doing that.

It's hard to sack a qb who takes a 3 step drop and gets rid of the ball. Sorry, bama can't even do that.

They threw a lot of quick passes

some people don't get this. Washington would have fared better had their coaches not underestimated the pass rush. Arrogance got Priced smashed.
Props to UNT and Idaho coaches for going with the quick passes. It won't win you the game on it's own but will get you in position to hang around with a superior team for a couple quarters.

So we should get almost no sacks for the rest of the year if the other teams keep this up

63-14. Sorry they didn't get enough practice in for you.
You literally provide no context or objective analysis in any post that you make on here.

That's about 60,000 posts gone to waste just waving the purple and gold flag.

Exactly! What does 63-14 have anything to do with the question that was asked.

Exactly correct. The fear of our D Line causes teams to gameplan to throw quick 3 step drop passes. This affects the game and LSU still got great pressure the entire game on 3 step drops.

They did a ton of quick passes. That being said their QB took a beating.
