Hodor is gay. (Well duhhh)
Boobies are the only reason why anyone watches GoT.
People still can't relax about a sequal to a book that came out less than three years ago. (It took T.S Eliot a whole year in a sanatorium and the help from a literal mental patient to finish a 434 line poem. I'd say Martin is in light speed compared to an "elitist genius.")

still waiting on trivia night...
Get in touch with Geeks Who Drink. They do specialty trivia events. They just recently had a Community trivia night at 12 Mile Limit. I'd go and drink with y'all and cheer y'all on. Unfortunately I'd be useless at trivia. I've learned more about the story from this thread than I did the books.

It's probably been guessed in 620 pages but if Jon is actually dead and gets resurrected, would he be free of his vows since he technically died? So then he'd be free to get with Dany or take over the north or something?

Yes, we've speculated on this many times in here.
It's a good theory.

The show will go 7 seasons
quote:
To start on a show and say your goal is seven seasons is the height of lunacy," Benioff admitted. "Once we got to the point where we felt like we’re going to be able to tell this tale to its conclusion, that became [the accepted] goal. Seven gods, seven kingdoms, seven seasons. It feels right to us."
Of course, there are still two books to go in Martin's seven-volume series. It seems pretty unlikely that he'll finish before the show does, which could create an interesting conundrum for fans: Do they watch the end before reading the book?

I"m a little concerned about the show only having 7 seasons. IMO I think 8 seasons is enough to finish the story/what D&D should aim for. Trying to finish it in 7 is going to rush things too much.

Id be so pissed

I don't know. I think that could be done pretty easily assuming they overtake where Martin is. If he is only giving them general outlines of where the story should go, then finishing in 7 seasons shouldn't be hard to do. I mean it's not like they have two 1500 page manuscripts to draw the rest from.
