Gatorade... Unless I'm drinking the red one.

Powerade flavors taste better to me.

As an alcoholic , who made these drinks part of my morning routine for several years, I have concluded that...........
Powerade actually quenches thirst better
Gatorade probably taste better, taste saltier.
I eventually went straight powerade because it just worked way better for hydrating me quickly .
Although recently I have found that fresh coconut juice works just as well.

As a decent drinker, I have to agree that coconut water is my go-to after a night of drinking. Tastes like shite, but it knocks a hangover out quick. I used to go the low-cal Gatorade, but am now a coconut convert.

I'm a runner so very much into the latest hydration fads and what not. There is actually empirical data out there that shows coconut water hydrates more effectively than "normal" water or sports drinks. I read a couple of studies a while back. You can probably find then w/ a Google search. The difference was quite small, but present nonetheless and enough to justify my continuing to buy Zico.

Don't agree. You should try it chilled, straight out the coconut.
That shits awesome.

No argument there. Had some in the Dominican a few years back right out of the coconut and liked it then, but Cocos nucifera are hard to come by in zone 9a. I'm stuck with whatever Rouses has.

You are starting to see it more in South Florida, but besides that you can't really find them. Hopefully it catches on and it's cost effective to ship them farther north, because that shits the bomb!
ETA: don't see how it would ever be cost effective to ship coconuts just for the juice.

With 33% more carbos than Gatorade, it's Powerade.

UF created gatorade...I hate Florida

Gatorade easy
I don't know what the deal is but some stations have two doors of powerade products and they don't carry gatorade, I'll leave with nothing.

Coke will throw money around to get Powerade displayed.
I personally like Gatorade better when I am really hot and thirsty. They dont seem as sweet.

Neither. Both are too sweet, and will lead to a sugar crash later. Give me Hammer Heed instead.
