Pretty pathetic that it still almost went against Stern directive

So Stern keeps Chris Paul from going to the Lakers and making them the best team in the NBA and now he is telling the refs to let them win? How do you explain that?

Easily. Stern has to keep Mark Cuban happy too... Mark isn't afraid of Stern, and Stern knows that.

That's the only good thing about that Dallas team.

He is aging. Finally! But I have no problem with comparisons to Jordan. He is one short in title department though. And when talking this level of greatness you are splitting hairs with everything else.

Can always argue Jordan never had a good big man. The bulls always just had Cartwright and a string of guys who were good for 6 fouls a piece during the hack a Shaq days.

Simple...extend the series.

The Lakers were 41-42 from the line and still only managed to win by 3. OKC is way better.

When was the last time a team got 41.4% of their points from the line? That game was a joke!

You're shocked someone from New Orleans doesn't like Bryant? I don't really hate him.

It's so hard not to like someone with such a welcoming personality, huh?

For the record, I do not like Kobe. Stat on ESPN the other day showed that for his career he shoots just over 25% in the last 24 seconds of 4th or OT with chance to tie or give team lead. Lebron was like 42% and MJ was 50%

I do hate Kobe...but if you think he is clutch you don't know basketball.

He misses more shots in clutch moments than anybody...studies have shown...for the last 6-7 years.

You just think he makes the game winning shots because ESPN doesn't show you when he misses.

PS- He did do well at the Free throw line tonight

First off...I am on NO Bandwagon.

42....42....42....42 Free throws the Lakers took and won by 3.

You don't find that odd?
