That's all that matters, I've just always had that question, I even asked the benelli sales rep one day and he couldn't give me an answer as to why someone should choose the cordoba 12 over the SBEII 12 even though the Cordoba is $300 more and is capable of less.

It's a valid question. Does your SBEII have a ported barrel? That seems to be one difference, though not sure it's worth $300.

I think they are like $800
New barrel, new stock, completely refurbed action. Spacer added to only allow .308 and not .30-06
And the same enbloc clips work with .308 so they are easy to find.
Edit: correction, they are $1000, but I am getting one anyway
