Happy Birthday Jambalaya Calculator! - v 6.1 Available

Today is the 1 year anniversary of my starting to create the Jambalaya Calculator. In honor of the occasion, I am releasing version 6.0, which will in all likelihood be the final version.
I have added an item to figure parsley. I have also added the pics from pochjp's epic jambalaya thread to the procedure page. There is a new tab for pastalaya instructions (thanks pochejp).
Although I had been mulling over the calculator idea before this, this is the post by Tigerpaw123 that sparked me to get crankin on it (5/10/11):

Wondering if any of our Jambalaya experts have the ratios that they could post....such as a 1 gallon pot needs ?pounds of rice, ?gallons of water,/ ? pounds of pork, ? pounds of sausage and feeds? people, so that it could be extrapolated for various size pots
also at what size pot do you use a different ratio of water to rice
In other words I have been using a 1 gallon pot on the stove and I am now getting a 5 gallon pot and need a little help
Version 6.1

Is there an app for that? Lol. I have used this every time I cook from my "big" pot - which I use with 10 lb uncooked rice. I really need it more for the rice to water ratios, which are perfect every time.
But seriously - there should be an app for this. Much easier to have on a your mobile device than to get to a computer, print, etc. I bet you could make a few bucks off of it. I'd buy.

Sorry, I have zero knowledge of how to make it an app.
I was able to get it on my 7" tablet using QuickOffice Pro ($15). Docs to Go did not work properly.

I got some at Zuppardo's in Metairie. To tell you the truth, I didn't find much difference in it.
The statement about it's being better came from someone on this board that sounded like they knew a lot about rice.

I normally just buy Mahattma extra long grain, is there anything better that I could get in a normal BR store?
Also, I know I'm going to sound like a total tard saying this, but I've never made chicken and rice jambalaya only pork. What kind of chicken meat do you buy? Just a whole chicken or thigh meat or what? I'm not aware of the process of making chicken jambalaya at all.

I think boneless, skinless chicken thighs are tasty and convenient. They don't dry out like white meat would. Some people like the bones in there for extra flavor, but I go with the convenience.
ETA: I think Mahatma LG is great.

In cell B34 (talking about “Gratin” and “Socarrat”) of the Tips page the text is not formatted correctly and is cut off from viewing completely.
Might want to take a look at it.
Awesome tool BTW.

Great job Rat. This is a great cooking tool and you've done this board and its users a great service by creating it.
Mahatma Extra Long grain is the best you will get. Its all I use. High quality rice. Good choice.

Pochejp, this as much your project as mine. What makes this successful is your recipe and instructions. I'm glad I could expand on that to make something useful.

I still have no idea how to use this chart. It makes absolutely no sense to me.
I've looked at it a dozen times.
