Erroneous reports late Saturday and on Sunday indicated that the Buccaneers also did a deal with former LSU quarterback Jordan Jefferson. That is not the case. As the New Orleans Times-Picayune explains, Jefferson was only invited to the Bucs’ rookie minicamp, perhaps as a “favor” tryout because some former LSU coaches are now on the Buccaneers’ staff.

Pictured is Jefferson’s college teammate, Ryan Baker, who unlike Jefferson actually was offered a contract by the Buccaneers, and signed it

Ppl got laughed at yesterday for saying this is what might have transpired

who else flew the coop?

and it doesn't necessarily have to be that, it could be a favor for some of the guys who trained him for the draft. whatever gets his foot in the door.

No one. Just Cooper. Not sure why it has coaches plural.

I bet Schiano feels like a dumb frick for even bringing him in but did it out of respect for Cooper
