The next QB evaluation he gets right at LSU would appear to be the first.

Other than Hatch, looks like every qb under miles will get their shot at a pro sport.

And you guys should tone it down, yes there are other boards out there, but they dont see traffic like TD does.

Ppl got laughed at yesterday for saying this is what might have transpired

Yeah ... I was bashed by several when I posted that Miles likely called teams on Jefferson's behalf to get a UDFA offer. Never said it was a bad thing, but many just didn't want to believe that Jefferson might have needed help in getting an offer.

There are plenty of players on the team that didn't play well, yet I don't see too many threads about them wishing them to fail. If you don't think recruits, one of which is family to JJ, read these comments and think about how it will affect their time here at LSU as a student athlete then you are ignorant.

No one can be surprised at fan response to JJ. He did little to endear himself to fans. He pouted. He took credit for wins that had little to do with his performance. His play sucked. He was accorded status he didn't earn on the field.

I am ambivalent about his football future other than being glad he has no more future as a Tiger!

Jordan Jefferson is getting his chance to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' quarterback fray.

Jefferson will have a free-agent tryout with the Bucs on Monday, his agent, Patrick Lawlor told NFL Network and NFL.com. LSU sports information director Michael Bonnette tweeted that Jefferson will likely sign with Tampa Bay.

Go get em, JJ.

obviously, he didnt get signed--no surprise here. Why would the BUCS or anyone sign a QB that cant play? I am hoping that JL will stick with chargers as a clipboard holder--then we can ask Les, "What were you thinking"?
