I know I am just giving y'all hell in the other thread but seriously, how will the O line be this year? The O line will need to be much better than last year if LSU expects to win it all.

Are most of the guys coming back?

THey were pretty dominant last year. But we struggled against Bama because we really didn't have a great passing threat.

And yes, we will be as good or better on the line this year.

TBob won't be back, but most will look at that as addition by subtraction.

we almost had the greatest season in college football history if it wasn't for a mulligan and you are saying our O-line will have to be better for us to win it all.

The line was good enough last season. However, at the end of the season, we couldn't pass well enough to keep teams honest. As a result, the line was usually being outnumbered. Hopefully, The OL will improve and Mett can keeps defenses off balance.

lost tbob, but add dworaczyk. dworaczyk will add depth if he doesnt start over collins, much like tbob did over the years.

i Say it will once again be a strong point of our offense and we will run at will on every team not named bama. But again bama didnt break 100 on lsu the first go round.

My opinion is that the talent is there but the OL coach isn't any better than he's been since he arrived. Only now he splits his time as Offensive Coordinator. I really like Miles, but the big chink in his armor is excessive loyalty to coaches who are underperforming. Anyway, the defense will always be the dominant feature of the team as long as The Chief is DC and Studrawa is OLC/OC. JMO.

Josh D coming back as a 6th year senior will be huge if the injury didnt set him back too much. Look for Collins to emerge. We have virtually our entire line back without t-bob. Who was arguably a liability. I believe the line weighs an average of 324 across the board. Our online looks to match up with yalls pretty well with about 7 lbs on y'all. (average).

return 4/5 starters. the offensive line was very good last year. they ran the ball against almost everyone they played, yet the didn't have a passing threat. collins will replace hebert, which is an upgrade.

Our O line was good enough to get us to a SEC Champ and an undefeated regular season playing a tough schedule, also..... Bama's Def. was the best in the nation... I believe our O line will be better this season and your Def. is not going to be as dominant... your question will be better answered when Bama comes to Death Valley for a reckoning!!

I know you probably only watched us play 2 full games last year, but you realize we finished 22nd in rushing offense and averaged 36 points a game right? And that's playing with an abortion of a passing game for the latter half of the season.
