Dude's conference record over the last 7 years is incredible....101-9, (91.8%)

I mean, its a given that you will get an NCAA inquiry with him as coach, but you will also get a shite ton of conference titles for your troubles

Is their a better coach never to win a title?

I was going to say Dale Brown as a joke, but Guy V Lewis might have a case.

weren't 4 of those 7 years in CUSA though?

Eddie Sutton never won a title, right?

You could also toss in John Chaney and maybe Norm Stewart and Everett Case.

I'd take Cal's recruiting over everyone else mentioned. He must have 5 co-eds at a time all over each recruit when they come visit or something. I've never seen another coach recruit as well as he can. He even did it at UMASS.

yeah but according to half of the world that says they dont care about college basketball and then want to act like they do in arguments, conference titles dont mean shite.

I find it hard to call Calipari a good coach.... Every school he went to has been hit with NCAA violations.... Just wait Kentucky will be hit soon

If he were a very good coach we would not have this discussion he would have a championship with the talent he gets. He is a great recruiter, his coaching seems to bite him at some point.
