Just curious -- what is the connection to the Nooley's in Nashville?
Posted on 3/5/12 at 5:41 pm to Kid Nickels
Nooley's in Nashville is owned by uncle. My dad owned
the original locations in Baton Rouge. The wife and, I are
opening the new with help from the big Nool himself.

I have not been to Jazz Daddy's yet - how does it compare to the "old Nooley's"? Heard they have their version of an old "John White / Nooley Special"..

No I'm not a yankees fan at all.

Granted, it's been a few years since I have been, but I times that I did go, the food was terrible.
The Cook was more interested in smoking outside than preparing our food.
I'll give Nooley's a shot, but Jazz Daddy's has been scratched from my list for good.

Is that really a space in the word on the sign or just a horrible font?

I pretty much agree with all of this. Jazz Daddy's was just flat bad everytime I went. I liked Nooley's back in the day and will give the new location a shot when it opens.
And yeah, this is probably better described as Galvez than Prairieville.

It's a typo getting it fixed. The droppings proofreaders excel again.

I agree. Wife loves their sub. I eat the french dip. This place would turn their nose up at his "bought" rb tho.

Me, t6oo. I'm as addicted to "Jazz Daddy Specials" as I was to "John White Specials" and then to "Nooley's Specials," I love Jazz Daddy's and will certainly visit the new Nooleys!
