Hedberg
Forgot to list Mitch Hedberg. I never know how to list him in these threads because I'm never sure what the names of his acts are or what jokes came from what acts. Most of the time I've heard Hedberg, it's in collections of his work. Love his work though.

My two favorites of Hedbergs are, Do You Believe in Gosh and Mitch All Together. Both are brilliant.

I don't know the name of it but the special where Brian Regan does "stupid in school" and "little league" and so on.

Its just called Brian Regan Live. He's great, one of the best clean comedians. He does get kinda annoying with all the yelling. Also, to whoever said Ron White, his Drunk in Public is a classic and You Cant Fix Stupid is also very good.

Amy Schumer's Comedy Central Presents is quite brilliant.

have always enjoyed Sinbad's Son of a Preacher Man.

I don't know which one it was, but I remember seeing one of Sinbad's standups when I was younger, and it was fricking hilarious.

The not as well known ones for me are:

Robert Schimmel - Unprotected
Kevin Brennan - HBO One Night Stand
Rodney Carrington - C'Mon Laugh You Bastards

I'm still trying to track down a copy (pay or free) of the Kevin Brennan one, so if anyone's got any leads on that let me know.

Probably Brain Damaged...incredibly funny, especially considering that he is clean

huge loss this past year. raw honesty. one of my favorites: "It's a funny thing about people who die in plane crashes and they have to be identified by their dental records. If they don't know who you are, how the frick do they know who your dentist is?"

I can't believe we're two pages into this and I'm the only one who has mentioned Bill Hicks.

oh, I'm as much of a Hicks acolyte as any, I just tried to talk about things that aren't completely obvious, I understand how people don't like him...they usually don't get along with me, ha.

Saw a guy on Bourbon this past weekend with a shirt that said "Bill Hicks is still alive".

ETA: I accept your as punishment for not agreeing sooner, though. I apologize.

Bill Hicks is great. Pretty dirty. Kinda reminds me of Mitch Hedberg but not in the way they deliver jokes. Both loved drugs although Hicks actually quit his use. He would always just have an odd random tirade in his act, but he was hilarious nonetheless.

My comment wasn't really aimed at you as much as the thread in general. You were just the last person to post before me.
