I hope it does as well as macaroni grill. This place would do better in br to start its flow into south la market.

It's basically a disgusting version of Chili's. I went to the Cheddar's in West Monroe twice. The first time it was decent for a quick and cheap lunch but the second time it was wretched.

They were gonna open on in Covington but it looks like it got scrapped. I hadn't heard of it until recently.

Horrible name. If I had to come up with a fake name for a bad chain in a movie it would be Cheddar's.

Ate at the Beaumont location 2 or 3 times: it's okay, similar to Chili's. Can't believe it could have staying power in Lafayette. But if it's consistent, then it will be rewarded. But after Bennigan's bit the dust, we have questions.

I've only eaten at one - in Beaumont and surprisingly it was fairly good.

Ordered chicken fingers - weren't frozen, hand battered.

Would go again.

FWIW, they just built a new one in San Antonio, off I-10 near RIM.

I ate at one in Macon, GA and was actually impressed. The food didn't appear to be of crappy chain quality.

if a new chain had to open in laffy, i wish it would be a BJs brewhouse or CPK, i changed my mine i would not mind lafayette being the first in louisiana to have a cheesecake factory

Since bennigan's(sp?) in LC went under I dont know where to get a Monte Cristo. I used to only eat like 2 a year but I haven't had one in at least 3 years

Never been to cheddars. I always heard it was gross.

just go to copeland's cheesecake place. I don't see how he got away with it, but he took the entire concept and ran with it. Huge arse menus and all

Philly is legit with the mushrooms. Everything else...not really. I've eaten at Cheddars probably 9-10 times, usually when a drug rep buys food.
