It's typical Ferrell comedy

I usually love Ferrell's stuff...this, not so much.
So much potential, yet so much subpar comedy.

Didn't a LSU fan end up in the hospital after rocks were thrown thru the car window and he and his pregnant wife were pulled out of the car? Didn't he end up with a broken jaw and eye socket and was transported to a Pittsburgh hospital from Morgantown?

There were many things going on with this story.

1) The woman stated in an interview that she did not believe the incident was in any way related to the football game. The assailants were not wearing school colors of either school.

2) There were reports from the Morgantown police that the story may have been untrue as the people who claimed it had happened changed their story more than once

3) If they say it happened where it supposedly happened, there is absolutely zero chance that there wasn't bumper to bumper traffic and many many people rushing to help. It just wouldn't have happened.

Morgantown gets a bad reputation based on isolated incidents. The gameday environment has improved drastically over the past few years.

No one ever mentions the story about how WVU fans stopped to help the LSU fans broken down on the interstate, paid to have their vehicle towed, drove them to the game and let them tailgate all day long without asking for a penny in return.

Sure, we have idiots, but it's no greater than any other fan base in the nation. It just isn't.

I apologize for the incident that natiger mentioned, but I have been to every Mountaineer home game since 2004 and have very very rarely seen the behavior that people talk about happening.
Wendy's has the best fries!
Yes. I sent everything in. Did the original and the amendment using Turbo Tax, so everything should be taken care of.
Mailing out an amended federal return tomorrow and was wondering how long it really takes to get the refund. The web site says 8-20 weeks, but I'm really hoping it's closer to 8 and far far away from 20. Thanks, fellas.

Probably most known currently for his song "Too Close" playing on the Internet Explorer commercial. Looked up some of his stuff and it's actually pretty good. Kind of a mix between old folksy music and new age bass lines.

Shrimp on the grill

Posted by wvubrandon on 5/6/12 at 2:05 am
Being the young pup that I am I've never attempted cooking shrimp on the grill, so naturally I've got a ton of questions.

What temperature to cook them at?
Leave the shell on?
Marinade beforehand?

Basically feel free to unload any and all knowledge you have on me. I know this is the place to ask for shrimp cooking tips!

Earlier this week when Bruce Irvin was talking with Kiper he asked Kiper what position he played in college.
He sure does. She sticks out like a sore thumb, eh?

You have to go with the XBOX just for the Kinect. The ability to play a game with absolutely no controller is amazing and blows kids minds. No comparison, IMO.
