Fish. Salmon is good for you and if you cook it slow on about 200, you will have a bright orange, fully cooked, but marvelously moist result. Season it in any way you like and you can make a dill sauce with fat free Greek yogurt or a roasted red bell pepper sauce.

I make tuna fish but use olive mix instead of pickle relish. You'll either like it or you won't, probably not in between.

Smaller portions of anything
Seriously, get up to speed on vegetable nutrition facts and start cooking them different ways. The nutrition facts are available from the FDA website with a simple google search.

This is always a good dessert:
-- at Walmart they have low calorie yogurts (GV brand vanilla at 80cal)
-- 1/2 cup Cottage cheese (Kraft 2% at 90cal)
-- whatever kind of fruit you like: blueberries/ strawberries/ apples
---mix all together and let sit in fridge for awhile or freezer for a frozen treat

Tuna/chicken salad w yogurt instead of mayo, Turkey, soups, egg whites.
Had a 200 cal pizza today. Used a big wheat tortilla, tomatoes, shrooms, peppers and a small amount of cheese.

Take a large tupperware container. Put in some cooked pasta (I use rainbow), then some black olives, mushrooms sauteed in a little olive oil. Add some low calorie salad dressing. Shake it up and stick it in the fridge.
Then, as you have different meats available... chicken, turkey, ham, etc. Just scoop some of your cold pasta mix in a plate and add pieces of the meat and eat cold. If it seems dry, drizzle some olive oil or salad dressing.
It can last 5 days and very flexible since it only takes 1 minute to make the dish.

Baked eggrolls
Buy the eggroll wraps, season & brown lean ground meat, onions, mushrooms, cabbage (I buy the already cut slaw mix), bean sprouts, peppers, & bag of stir fry mix. Add some low sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, & a little honey. Stir that all together & let it simmer a little while. Dump mixture in a large stainer-mixture can't be "wet" because it will make the wrap wet & it will not cook. Spoon about 2-2.5 tablespoons of the mix into each wrap & roll. Bake for about 20 minutes. YOu can brush each wrap with an eggwash if you want. Make yourself a low cal/fat dipping sauce & you've got a good home cooked meal that doesn't taste like regular old chicken breast & veggies!

A thick, juicy ribeye with all the trimmings.

Check out skinnytaste.com. Great healthy recipes, however you will have to add your favorite seasoning to taste.
