Why didn't miles use 2 tightends to help the OL protect JJ?

Pretty sure we did that a lot in the 2nd half. And put Ware back there for extra pass protection. That's why we never had more the 3 wide in the game.

I expected to see TE's and a FB blocking in the second half, because the O line was getting manhandled. Bama'a weakest link is its secondary too...keep 7 to block, and flood 3 receivers in front of a moving pocket. I would have liked to see the pocket move for JJ...he is mobile. Also, have him pull up 4 or 5 times and throw down field out of the option...the attempts at running the option were grotesque. Have a WR come of the block and dump the ball to him. Also, fake the pitch to draw #5 out, then cut it up field.

If it is really THAT hard for us to call a specific play from our playbook....people need to be fired.

That's bullshite. There are plenty of things we could have done. Double TEs, screens, draws, drags, quick slants. There are PLENTY of ways to combat a pass rush...unless you are a complete tard.

Honestly the offense would have probably at least scored if he copied Bama's first half offensive gameplan in the second half.

The offensive coaching staff/Miles definitely were the worst performers in the game.

He seems to think they were doing great in all three phases of the game by halftime.

Even Chavis didnt make adjustments to cover the TE. Bama would start a drive, get about 5 first downs in a row, then try a field goal. That happened numerous times.

It was a piss poor coaching job by all on Monday

At halftime, Les said it was "interesting" about the fumbled snaps and other failures. I really think he was banking on a 2nd half surge, like often before...and a big special teams play or turnover...a spark...but you can't take such things for granted.

You have to prove you can pass to get the defense back off the line. You can't have enough to block 9 in the box and still have a semblance of your regular offense.

Miles conceded that there was no way to gameplan for Bama pass rush. The plan was to have JJ run around and make plays after protection broke down which was assumed it would going in.
