No he won't.

Barring catastrophic injury to JJ, Lee has taken his last meaningful snap as a Tiger.

Do I like that? No. But it is what it is.

JJ will not struggle in this game, but I still feel that Miles will play Lee for a series or two.

It doesn't matter if JJ has played horrible or really not at all the week prior or 2 weeks prior to the Bama game, he finds some way to play his best while Bama makes every other QB they play against look like shite.

Saban couldn't stop the option last year or this year with bye weeks and previous weekly "scrimmages" at his disposal, and last year JJ and Lee, THREW, to win the game.

And all this, in the first half of the SECCG shite needs to stop. Hasn't happened before in the SEC and happened the first time last week. Honest to God, hand on bible, do you really believe he(JJ) or LSU will play like that on Jan 9 2012?

Lee will not see a meaningful snap. Like the man said, damn shame this has gone on for last 3 years. After the 9th, it will be gone. No more JJ, Lee......just the METT and 3 national championships

Lee threw 2 interceptions, Alabame missed 3 FG's and 1 was blocked, and neither team scored a touchdown, so who gives us the better option of scoring. The D

We all know JJ can't pass well sometimes ,. but he ain't one that you like to see passing the ball 20 or 25 times a game . We need them both in the game at the smae time , with direct snaps , Then the defense has to play the run or pass. But that ain't gonna happen . JJ will be the Starter and he will win or lose the game . Fact

Has everyone already forgot that just last year Jarrett Lee came in to save the day against a good Florida team & beat them in "their" house the swamp, and that he also drove the Tigers to the goal line against UT before JJ came in and botched the snap from T-Bob.
Jarrett Lee also came into the game in other games and gave us a spark and threw some great passes.

I think he's a great reliever but not a great starter, but his record earlier this year to get us to an undefeated record is hard to argue with.

He did look baffled in the Bama game, but won't this time if he gets a chance.

and I heard since 6 Nov Lee has been in Area 51 practicing against clones of the Bama defense.
Oh, and that he'll be a Game Captain.

Lee will take meaningful snaps.

I will be in a 3 way with Marissa Miller and Brooklyn Decker.

Same odds

Whoever the quarterback is, I hope we can throw at least 1 screen pass in the game. We very seldom run that anymore. I'm not talking about that damn "bubble" screen. A regular screen pass, please.

Who knows...we dam sure dont!

-I dont think CLM doubts what JL can do, and I do think we will see JL in the game. CLM still believes in what JL can do, and he is not done.

-The whole "special package" theory, seeing what we have out of CLM, I would say that is probable.

-If the whole "point theory" has any truth to it, I can see CLM (being the family man he is) punishing JL for not taking care of business and his family having to suffer for it.

-I believe we need both to be the most effective. No doubt JJ helps with his legs, and very few passes, JL would bring the short passing game we need.

I admire JL and I don't care who starts or who plays when cause I have faith in our staff, but Lee's career vs. Bama is what it is.

I would like to see MIles throw Lee in so he can have an opportunity to make up for his mistakes the last time... but i wouldnt bet on it.

Thats not like Miles. If he wanted to offer Lee an opportunity to rebound after the poor showing, he would have given Lee some quality playing time bhy now.... more than just take a knee in the last 3 games.

I'm thinking that Miles might think the offense is too restricted with Jefferson to win again

Who knows. Like I said, I expect JJ to see most of the snaps even if Lee does play.

I agree with CAP.Bengal! JJ played the worst half in the Ga. game of any qb in the SEC. in resent history.

Either way, Lee is way too much of an asset to not make Saban think about him. This team's greatest strength is depth and it includes the QB position.

good point. I suspect there's a Lee prep Saban HAS to get ready for, whether he plays or not. This is gonna be a fun game to watch from a sports psychology perspective, if nothing else. Miles playing the mind games =fun.

If Miles puts Lee in b/c he has some special packages and he honestly believes Lee is capable and can perform what is asked of him, then great. But if he puts him in the game just for this reason:

then I'll be pissed off.
