Just got back in town. Took the boys this morning. 28*Bienville parish..444 marlin. Got skunked but not surprised with as much noise as the kids were making.

Got to my first stand at 5:30 and loggers have clear cut the shite out of the area since thanksgiving. took my lock-on down before they got that tree and saw 6 does close to the truck. Left that spot and went to another one on the lease.
Ended up seeing 8 more deer and killed 2 of them. Rut is startin here.
