Good lawd, how much were beers going for a piece?
Posted on 9/28/11 at 2:24 pm to LSUrme
Conservative pricing, that is only 19-20K beers sold. That is kind of weak.

bottled beer was going for $7- each....
i wish they would have let us keep the tops (screw top plastic bottles)...would have avoided a lot of spillage.....
we just about drank them out of beer!!!!!

Only thing I could find beginning of the 2nd Qtr was Bud Heavy. They ran out of that soon after.

I had a half pint, but it was gone rather quickly. Sent the lady to get some at half on her way back from the bathroom.

With ADs trying to squeeze every dollar out as possible you'd think this would be a no brainer. I really don't see selling beer for the 1st half being a huge problem.

Net, not gross.

If that is accurate as to how much beer was $7, then there was 17,209 beers sold? Damn.

Did every one of you fail accounting. He says WVU netted $120k...
Net Sales = revenues
Net Sales = revenues

My section was sold out by halftime

Gross sales = revenue
Net sales = revenue - cogs
Net sales = revenue - cogs

Regardless it was still alot of beer consumed. I think that was the point of the thread not a contest to see who knows accounting.

Well when someone says that's only 17,000 beers I'm going to correct them. It was well over that based on the report from WVU.

And every arsehole smuggling a pint and doing boilermakers ... No problem
Lots of farging "piss ants" getting up and passing you all the time to head to the head

My bad. I didn't see the word Net inthe original post.
Carry on.
