you should also know that you aren't above the law and that there is a chance you can get in trouble; regardless if you started it or not.

The BRPD is going way over board here. It takes two to have a fight, I don't think JJ started this mess, but he sure should have walked away from it.

You aren't serious right? The employees said they have video to back their story and showed it to the press.

So despite police having evidence to support their story and the fact we know nothing of the other 3 victims they are "punks" and have an "agenda"? Your statement is filled with BS assumptions about what happened based on nothing. We still don't know what happened.

Video to show JJ walking by Lowery and not knowing him. The guy said he got on the back of a truck to get a better view of the fight which hadn't started yet because he said he then clearly saw the fight start. Also, he said JJ was standing by the door and not involved which we now know is false. There is probably a reason this guys story was given to the media and not the police. Probably to avoid perjury or obstruction charges.

you are correct none of us know what really happened, BRPD may not know what really happened and they better have their stuff together-
I cannot imagine them making charges if they do not have very solid grounds to do so. Anything less than that will create an even bigger fiasco in this town
