Plead no contest get some community service. His suspension will be lifted 1 or 2 games later. I think minimume 3 games suspended max 5.
J.J. Told his dad, father, coach and police that he was not involved. If it is obvious that he was lying, in my view, this is a big deal.

We have quality depth in most positions and one of the top running games. We can beet Oregon on the ground if we have to, but again, Jarrett and Zack are ready to go. Shepard will be back soon enough; we're going to be OK. Feel sorry for the Tiger Nation getting blindsided by irresponsible behavior, but we're going to be OK. Stay positive best you can...
