Im not sure if he'll get on the field as a FR, but you have to think his strength alone will put him in the mix for some playing time somewhere down the line. Not sure what position, but we've had midgets like JOsh Downs see time at DT early in his career, and a guy like Brett Helms play C in the SEC. And we wont even get into Lyle Hitt.

what in your eyes would stop him from ever contributing?

If Miles would've stood fully erect, he'd be up to Edinburgh's chin. I'm guessing he's around 16 right now and still has room to grow. How's his feet? He looks like he can turn into a great jumbo sized right tackle.

Mickey Johnson will not sniff the field at DT, and if he is moved to O, that is an insult to our O-line.

So where does he play in the foreseeable future?

With his strength numbers, probably fullback.

With his strength and low center of gravity I can see him holding up the point of attack like a scaled down nose tackle position for sure. He might be able to toss some offensive lineman to the side and get in the back field but I can see him getting playin time at DT. He might even be a better guard or center but I'd give him a try at DT first

He was recruited as a DT, he will start out at DT. Until he proves to the coaches that he is not good enough to see time at DT, he will stay there. But I think if he were to get moved his potential at Center would be very good.

i didnt know that M. Johnson was anything but a DT.

He's 5-11 300 or so. Can he play OL?

Some people think his best position is center.

Has he even played center before in his life?
