Would Graham have been penalized if he handed the ball to the ref and then did a dry dunk? (jumped up like he's dunking, but no ball). the ruling is using the ball as a prop.
Or alternatively, jumped up and dunked the ball, but far away from the goal? (essentially a jumping spike). Here the ball ...

I agree they should be allowed to come back if they do not sign with an agent or accept money. Their amateur status would then still be intact....
