Good God man. Speckled trout or Sac-a-lait.
We catch tons of all 3 and I like Bass the best.
We fillet them, now whole I'll take White Perch.

If I had an unlimited supply of them, I'd say flounder.
Since I don't, I'll say speckled trout or white perch.
I can't rate bass that high, but I believe bass is EXTREMELY underrated as an eating fish. Probably the best bass I ever had was in Canada, and they were smallmouths. That said, they weren't the best tasting fish we caught. Walleye were. So bass is like 4th-5th on my list.

Tough question. Probably a tie between hardtails and sailcats.

There are a lot of "depends" with salmon. When it's caught, where it's caught, what type of salmon and how it's cooked.

Oh yeah, it would have to be fresh Alaskan, my neighbor brought me some last year that was flash frozen, I can't eat grocery store salmon anymore.
