Places to eat near the Audubon Zoo

I'm going to the Audubon Zoo tomorrow with my girlfriend and wanted to get something to eat afterwards. I just don't know New Orleans at all, so I wanted to get some recommendations. I know it might be hard, but I am trying to avoid more seafood oriented places. So, what do you all recommend?

Cheating for a second. Go to Chez Nous Charcuterie on Magazine St. , some very good food and wine, pick up some stuff from there and picnic it in the park. Romance.

- I like everything, but she's a little bit of a picky eater. Patois looked good, but I don't know that I feel like spending that much this weekend.

- I would be down for most things, she isn't a huge seafood fan, so I think anything outside of that would work. Price isn't a huge issue, but I probably want something more on the casual side since we'll have been at the zoo all day.

Asian Heritage Festival tomorrow at the Audubon. The wife and I go every year just to eat. (well we go to the zoo for the zoo, but the food is a kick arse bonus)

- That seems like a really cool deal. That will be the front runner for food now. Thanks for the heads up.

If you're not a zoo member, I think the printed flyer from the APS website knocks $4 off admission per person.
The food selection has varied year-to-year but it's covered: Thai, Filipino, Indian, Cambodian, Chinese, Vietnamese...I think Korean several years. I'm probably missing some, but you get the point.
It's a nice setting as well. Grab some random food and enjoy it under the oaks near the sea lions.
The stage stuff is neat. I don't tend to stick around to watch any of it, but I enjoy whatever is on stage as I eat.
