You also have to remember where OU was in 2003. Bob Stoops was a cocky young coach who was beating everybody until KU rocked them in the Big 12 Championship game followed with LSU winning the NC. Nothing has gone well for OU since then. Look at this years recruiting class, they could not even crack the top 10.

I would agree we have some of the biggest pricks as far as fan base goes. Sometimes I want to slap the $hit out of some of our fans.

by all means, LSU fans are no saints and the hate is semi-understandable...

Ummmmmmm.....no they don't. I've been to a bunch of UT/OU games in Dallas, and I'm pretty sure they dislike UT more than LSU. Lots more history there, too.

I've gone to college and pro games all over the country for more than 4 decades. I can honestly say that I never saw a fan base that talked so much crap, then ended up crying so badly than OU fans after that Sugar Bowl.
That said, trust me, we don't come close to UT in their hate department. We may be pretty close to Okie State, especially since Les left Stillwater to come to LSU.

Ohio State fans are great. We like them and they like us. They can dish it out and they can take it. They were fun.
Oklahoma fans seemed like big cry babies, they cant take shite. They are not fun. UT fans are better than they are.

I moved to Oklahoma City for work 7 mo. ago. When I got here, all I heard was "they yelled at us, said mean things" before the NC game. I thought they were joking. Their feelings really are hurt though. Also, they all have a multitude of excuses about how the game went, such as Jason White contracted AIDS before the game and a ton of other all our players were on their deathbed BS. I just tell them I can't hear their excuses because I have 2 huge crystal footballs shoved in my ears.
