Probably extensor carpi ulnaris tendinitis. Injection as stated previously should do the trick if that’s what is is. Hand ortho should be able to diagnose without imaging.

It is difficult not to judge others. I will say, as a parent of 2 neurotypical well behaved children and 1 child with CP, cognitive disability, autism, OCD that people are generally kind in public. However there are plenty of people who believe they need to comment on my son's behavior because he "looks" normal. My entire family can only go to Chuck E Cheese on sensory Sundays. We are split up every other moment of our lives and it takes a toll on the other kids and our marriage. We have said to each other it would be easier if he had Downs so to be recognizable. I would just remind everyone judging that you don't know exactly what is happening behind the scenes all of the time.

Golf not included (Excellence) but concierge called and they picked me up in a cart, drove to the course about 5 min away. About $150 if I remember. Nice resort course.
