Could this be the situation......

Tuesday
- Michigan fires RR calls harbaugh. Harbaugh tells them no. So suddenly RR not fired.
Wednesday
- Michigan gets in touch with their second choice. Miles. Well his agent. Takes the job and then they fire RR again.
And of course because of what happened in 2007. all of the talk is hush hush. Have you watched ESPN today. Nothing I mean nothing on Michigan
This tells me he is gone and he just wants to finish out this week with a win against the Aggies then come Saturday its a done deal.

Poster on Michigan rivals board just posted LINK that according to ESPN radio, we never even offered Harbaugh. Hoke was hired last week and they are floating his name to get us used to the fact he will be the coach.
I can tell you one thing if this is the case this will not in any way, shape, or form unite the fan base. According to Rivals Miles was never offered in 07, and now apparently Harbaugh was never offered. Thats twice now the athletic department will have completely gone against what big time donors want. EDIT: I should clarify that IF this scenario is truly the case I for one will give up my season tickets and stop all donations to the school.

That's how it could have happened, or....
The AD talked to RR and everyone assumed he was fired so they reported it prematurely, but the AD wanted to sleep on it. The next day he was confident in his decision and fired RR. He now is contacting individuals but not reporting on it, but hasn't made up his mind on the correct coach yet, but is keeping it hush hush as to not screw over any potential candidates with their current jobs.
Or.....
I could have been Professor Plumb in the ball room with the candle stick.
We really don't know.

Seriously man how old are you? Do you think that Michign would fire RR and them turn around and re-hire him? Just reading your posts I have no doubt that you have been fired more than once. I don't know what you really do for a living, but there are procedures that are followed when an executive is fired. Apparently you aren't one or you would have known that. There is a lot more to it than dumping a underperforming prep cook at Popeyes.
