LSU to hand out 50,000 pom poms Sat (Cheaters call them shakers)

If someone tries to hand me one, I will break it in half and shove each piece up said persons' nostrils.

They do this every year and no onre really gives a shite. They'll just end up strewn about the ground all over campus and the stadium after the game.

I remember one year we went to Tuscaloosa back in the 70s, my freshman year. And even though it was November, it was the first big game we had on the road. The Bear. Steadman Sheely or something.

And it was the only place, stadium wise that compared to LSU.

It was in the daytime.

And they had music on the speakers even way back then. A bunch of pom poms.

It was very corporate. Not at all like Baton Rourge. It was very orderly. Not wild, like LSU.

And I remember thinking, damn LSU is really different. Really different.

TImes change, I guess.


Do they still have that restaurant underneath the overpass?
