gave my wife these options for dinner:
raw and chargrilled oysters
grilled swordfish with caper/olive/pepper relish
grilled lamb chops
bbq mustard braised pork roast
or...we can go to dinner somewhere, if we can be home by 630cst.
goin to Calvins to pick up some chicken salad for lunch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

French rolls
Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions (personal preference)
And an LSU birthday cake for my 12 year old daughter....

Had a brisket on the grill since 2 a.m. - plus baked beans, crawfish pies, salad, and plenty of beer. And someone better bring dessert. We're staying put today & surrounding ourselves only with Tiger fans in Orlando - and staying away from those Gators out there - GEAUX TIGERS!

On the grill:
- Cream cheese and bacon stuffed jalapenos.
- Brats in a foil pan w/ Foster's and onions, which will be finished off out of the pan and on the grill.
In the oven:
- Seafood stuffed mushrooms
- The wife is making some pumpkin spice bread, son.
Hot damn, it's gameday!!

No cooking today. Just doing an assortment of cheese, crackers and fruit with a bottle of 7 deadly zins. Wish I had some alligator sausage!
