What I don't understand about these wing places is how they can cut one wing in half and call it two wings.

It's consummate hucksterism. I admire it. The guy who came up with the business plan of pushing the consumption of heavily sauced offal by linking it to intoxication and watching sports, i.e. a real social experience to distract people from the shitty food, gets my . I only wish I could think like that.
P.S. Like anyone cares, but the inspiration for this thread was me bringing home four varieties of wings plus some extremely sugary fries from a new place nearby for actual supper one night. I didn't realize at the time that's not how they're meant to be used. It was completely unsatisfactory.

Look at the price of wings,,, ridiculous, though I do love them...
Remember when the grocery stores could barely give them away?

I agree with the OP. The only thing worse than wings would be necks.

Wing is the tastiest piece...
followed by:
Thigh
Leg
Breast
The Gizzard is the King of Chicken, but since it's an internal muscle, I left it out of the list.
Korean Wings are the epitome of chicken wings.

The thigh is my least favorite part.

I always substitute boneless/skinless thigh meat when a recipe calls for chicken breast. It has much more flavor.

I absolutely agree. I'll eat a wing fried or even baked sometimes, but I don't consider it a fricking delicacy.
BTW, blue cheese stinks and tastes like crap.
