Karre Johnson reporting this breaking news now. 32,000 seat on campus RETRACABLE roof football stadium with new administration building in one endzone and new basketball areana in the other endzone

Didn't he report this a few months back? Also why would they waste money to add on a retractable roof? Just make it a mini-dome

Where the practice area is now and they are tearing down the wilson center. So basically right next to the baseball stadium

Don't know all the details but the board voted on it today and the money is mostly in place. Possibly only two or three more years in the dome

Seems like a waste of money.

UH is considering building a new 40,000 seat stadium and I think it's beyond what they need even though the school's enrollment is 35,000+ and it's located in the fourth largest city in the country.

seriously does Tulane have 100 million dollars to waste?

they are unlikely to make money with their athletic programs... esp football loses money every year
