I think part of it is the story of Hello Games. Super small studio of developers who used to work for EA and Criterion. They leave and come together to make this almost inconceivable game. There's 5 bosses if I'm not mistaken and you can go as high as level 20. If you do the street pass stuff it gets you more items to customize. I went and maxed out many of the jobs as well. Get as many abilities as you can to mix and match...
