I think you can rule out history.

I say its going to be a tough season. 10-4 heading into the playoffs.

Except for the Birds, I don't see anyojne else competing in our division. The Panthers QB situation is a mess. TB is just waiting around for a better coach to emerge.

We play a 1st place schedule, and the AFC north, which is no pushover. We play the NFC West, which we could sweep.

I think 12-4 is realistic. Maybe 11-5 if we have our playoff position locked in the last week and pitch the game.

All bets are off if Brees goes down.

It really depends on the defensive signings or releases that happen but assuming we keep the core of that defense we know the offense will be the same at worst, so I will say 11-5 as well.

I just think that there will be teams that will be really prepared this season. Who knows what's going to happen with Carolina and Minnesota.. Pittsburgh, if healthy, will be a force to reckon with.

I just caught the whole 10-4.. I fricked up. 12-4. Sorry. Bitch slap me if you must for my mistake.
